The world is a global village. It has an environment with many disasters. Human beings are the members of this globe. They want to have their suitable, natural and happy extended here in the global world.

The threat is prodigious that a single country cannot tackle it. The world is well aware of it and various measures are under way to cup up with any unforeseen disaster. The protection of the local environment has long has been a matter of national politicians, while the protection of the regional environment has been dealt with by diplomats of high order. Now, as a result of man’s ability to influence the world’s climate through the rapid advance in technology and a dramatic increase in population, it is accepted that the global environment remains under threat. It has become a matter of major international concern of urgency and priority for the international community as a whole.

Present Eco-system: There is a destructive effect of present practices on the eco-system. In addition to these there are four major areas of global concern which can only be resolved by positive diplomacy on a comprehensive international basis.

Cohabitant: A major factor in maintaining the world’s existing cohabitant is a concentrated layer of ozone gas approximately fifteen miles above the earth’s surface. This acts as a shield preventing a harmful quantity of the sun’s ultra violet rays from reaching the earth. It is only in recent years that appropriate technology has enabled the ozone layer to be measured, but during this time it has become an evident that it is decreasing steadily and substantially. It is also know that CFC destroys ozone molecules. They are being produced and used especially as refrigerants, in the production of foam, plastics and in aerosols. If the depletion o the ozone layer and the creation of ozone holes were to continue, the increased impact of ultraviolet rays could affect not only the animal food chain but also human health. The rapid increasing use of fossil fuels could result in unexpected and dangerous consequences, use of fossil fuels produced products. This global warming may trigger off unexpected and potentially disastrous changes.

Differences: Bio-diversity is the vast number of different forms of life existing on earth. Climatic changes are doing irrevocable harm to the bio-diversity meaning extinct of many species of plants and animals.

Preservation's of forest: The preservation of forests is seen as the major elements in maintains of bio-diversity. But human are constantly destructing the earth’s forest resources. This sort of destruction also results in a change of influence of the world’s climate and accumulates the problem of soil erosion. Environmental threats are the biggest concern of the twenty first century.
